We’re so grateful to see how many of you are excited to try Nomad. But with that success has come a challenge we didn’t anticipate at this scale: keeping up with demand.

We know many of you are still waiting on your modem shipment or have experienced longer-than-usual delays. If that’s you — we want you to know: we hear you, we see you, and we’re sorry.
This is not the experience we want for our customers. You signed up for a smooth, seamless connection to high-speed internet, and we know it’s frustrating when things don’t go according to plan — especially when you're counting on us.
We built Nomad to serve rural, remote, and on-the-go customers — people who often don’t have many internet options to begin with. That’s why this situation weighs on us personally, and why we’re doubling down on doing better.
💡 What’s Causing the Delay?
To be completely transparent:

Try Before You Buy exploded faster than expected, creating a demand spike

Inventory turnover hit record highs, leaving some models temporarily out of stock

Our manufacturing and shipping partners need breathing room to restock, reconfigure, and test modems

Each modem is carefully tested, configured, and cleaned before shipment — we refuse to sacrifice quality for speed
The good news is: this is temporary.

1. We’re releasing updated shipping estimates starting today
These new timelines will apply to all future orders — and in some cases, to orders already placed. The goal is transparency, so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly.
2. We’re increasing staffing and fulfillment power
Over the next few weeks, we’re ramping up our warehouse operations to process more orders faster without sacrificing quality.
3. We’re restocking daily
