Due to the overwhelming volume of orders, our modem manufacturer is currently behind in production. We're receiving and processing orders faster than they can be produced — and while they’re working overtime to catch up, some delays are unavoidable.

If you've already placed your Try Before You Buy order, you're officially locked in. Your modem is reserved and your spot in line is secure. But at this time, we’re estimating a 7–14 day shipping delay from our normal processing timeline.
