The response to Try Before You Buy has been absolutely incredible. From RVers and rural homeowners to digital nomads and small-town families, thousands of people across the country said “yes” to trying Nomad for themselves.
This wave of interest is more than just exciting — it’s a signal that the world is ready for a better way to do internet.
But with that wave has come a temporary challenge…
🛑 Our Modem Supply Is Catching Up
Due to the overwhelming volume of orders, our modem manufacturer is currently behind in production. We're receiving and processing orders faster than they can be produced — and while they’re working overtime to catch up, some delays are unavoidable.
So what does this mean for your order?
If you've already placed your Try Before You Buy order, you're officially locked in. Your modem is reserved and your spot in line is secure. But at this time, we’re estimating a 7–14 day shipping delay from our normal processing timeline.
We know that’s not ideal — and we’re deeply grateful for your patience.

If you're planning to continue with your order, there’s nothing you need to do. Your modem will ship as soon as inventory becomes available, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation the moment it’s on the way.
Even better — your Try Before You Buy trial doesn’t begin until you receive and activate your modem. So, your full trial experience is protected, no matter the delay.
