Just got my nomad air today and kids and I are loving it. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼. So far so good. And customer support was great with responding to my issue with activation.

Love the modem! Arrived yesterday and it's been working smoothly and for those having trouble don't be afraid to chat customer service or call they will help you the best way and make sure you're live on the internet! I had some issues at first until I was walked through the process and it's amazing especially with me living in a rural/country area.

Just got ours and am currently teaching a virtual class of 150 students from a cabin in the woods in the middle of nowhere. Works great so far!
