No. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You can choose a month-to-month plan and cancel whenever you decide to stop. We bill based on you having the modem and access to the internet, not how much data you use, so you can enjoy unlimited data without worrying about large overage fees. If you choose an annual plan, you pay upfront for the year and save money compared to monthly pricing. You may also pause your service up to two times per year, and you will not be billed while it is paused. We keep billing simple and clear so you always know what to expect.
We provide the modem at no extra cost. You do not need to buy anything. You will use it for as long as you are a customer. If you cancel, just return it with our prepaid shipping label within 14 days. If you are far from a post office, we can even send a box and arrange pickup. Once the modem is returned, your service is fully closed out. Simple and easy.
Many providers charge overage fees if you use too much data. With Nomad, you will never face that. We bill based on you having the modem and access to the internet whenever you want it. We do not bill based on how much data you use. Every plan includes unlimited data. If you cancel, we will provide a prepaid label and even send a box if needed.
