Each Nomad plan is designed to fit a different primary use. While all plans have unlimited 4G and 5G data, it is best to pick a plan based on what your need! The primary difference between each plans are:

Unlimited Travel Plan: Designed for use in the home and on the go, includes unlimited data and download speeds of up to 100Mbps, AND you can pause and un pause your monthly billing!
- Unlimited Power Plan: Designed for high demand uses such as business and gaming. Includes unlimited data and download speeds of up to 200Mbps!

You may cancel your subscription with us at any time by simply returning your device and we never charge any cancelation fees! Easy, Simple, Clean!
Which Device Is Right for Me?
The three main Nomad Modems we offer can be used at the same places but have large differences.
- The Nomad Air is small, light, and can be used anywhere you are.
- The Nomad Raptor is larger than the Air, but still portable, and is built with the strongest indoor antennas to achieve faster speeds.
- The Nomad Ark is an “Outdoor Modem” with the furthest range a wireless modem can possibly provide. Using Nomad Ark is more powerful than a cell booster. Simply put, if it is “possible” to get the internet in a remote location, it will happen with a Nomad Ark.
All of our devices ship pre-configured ready to plug in.

What if It Doesn’t Work for Me?
If the plan you initially choose does not connect or is slower than expected, we have you covered! You can change plans until you get the speeds you need and we will ship you a new Nomad Modem until we find the best one for you. Finally, if you are not 100% happy with our 14-Day No-Risk Return Policy allows you to return your device for a full refund.

With each membership, you get to try out the device and service for 14 days without any risk, starting from THE DAY YOU RECEIVE THE DEVICE. If the device or service does not meet your expectations and you would like a full refund for both the One-Time Membership Fee and the First Month’s Membership Prepayment, the device must be shipped back within 14 days from the date at which you received it. Devices returned after this period will not be entitled to a refund for either the One-Time Membership Fee or any Monthly Membership Prepayments. All returns must be made in accordance with our Return Policy, which can be found in our Terms of Service
