What is the Nomad Promise?
The Nomad Promise is a suite of four core commitments active for every subscriber, effective immediately:

Proactive Monitoring: Currently in development and will be launching soon. This upcoming feature will allow us to actively monitor connected devices and reach out if we detect service issues — often before you even need to contact us.
