SUBSCRIPTION / ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone through our Customer Support Helpline at 385-257-2809. A Customer Service Agent will then assist in providing an RMA and information related to our cancellation policy. 

Our Customer Support Helpline is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
