What do I do if an invited friend does not sign up?
We understand that life happens! If an invited friend does not sign up, there is nothing you need to do. We will still apply the monthly discount for invited friends who sign up!
Will I still get my monthly discount if an invited Nomad Friend signs up after 30 days?
Absolutely. If an invited friend signs up in the future, we will apply the Friends of Nomad discount on your next upcoming bill!
How long will my Friends of Nomad Discount stay active?
Your Friends of Nomad Discount will stay active as long as your invited friend has an active Nomad subscription.
What do I do if an invited Nomad Friend cancels their subscription?
We understand that life happens. In this case, you have a couple of options! You can invite another friend to replace the friend that is leaving. Otherwise, there is nothing you need to do, we will automatically remove that Friend of Nomad Discount from your bill.
One Time Membership Fee
Nomad Members are responsible for paying for the first month of service and a one-time membership fee, which covers the administration and support of your account. Your Membership is a lease payment for the use of Nomad's modems. It includes; the cost of setup, administration, support for each subscription, unlimited technical support, and the use of one of Nomad's modems for the best rural Internet service.
Which Device Is Right for Me?
The two main Nomad Modems we offer can be used at the same places but have significant differences.
The Nomad Air is small, light, and extremely powerful using Advanced WiFi 6. It can be used anywhere you are and has battery back up compatibility.
The Nomad Omega is perfect for your home or business. It can can connect multiple devices and allows you to stream on multiple devices using Optimized WiFi 6.
How long will my Friends of Nomad Discount stay active?
Your Friends of Nomad Discount will stay active as long as your invited friend has an active Nomad subscription.
