If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to your account but will continue to be billed until your modem is returned or a replacement fee is paid.
To fully cancel your subscription and stop all charges, you must return your Nomad Modem. Billing for both your subscription and modem will continue until the modem is returned or a replacement fee is paid.
1. Choose How to Cancel: You can either return your Nomad Modem to complete your cancellation within 14 days or pay a replacement fee to cancel immediately and keep the modem.
2. Subscription Cancellation: If you return the modem, your subscription will be fully canceled once it is received. If you pay the replacement fee, your cancellation will be processed immediately.
3. How to Return: Click below to generate your prepaid return label and follow the instructions to send back your modem.
4. Subscription Pause: If you choose to return the modem, your subscription will be paused for 14 days while you complete the return.
5. Return Window: If the modem isn’t returned within two weeks, your subscription will automatically resume.
